I.B.O.W.W. Founder Executive Director Wayne Fowler |
Wayne Fowler is a disabled Vietnam veteran from Albuquerque, New Mexico.
He served in the United States Marine Corps, and received the Navy Cross for his actions on March 28, 1966
in the village of Vinn Loc, Vietnam. His tour of duty was 1965-66. He is the founder and editor of
Suicide Charley's 1st Bn 7th Marines newsletter called "The Walking Wounded".

Vic Vilionis is a Vietnam veteran from Montreal, Canada. Vic served in the
United States Marine Corps, with the 7th Marines in the Regimental command in 1966-67. He is an
artist in Montreal, Quebec and is the founder, creator and webmaster of the 7th Marines website.
Over the years, Vic has done more for former Marines than anyone has. His patriotism out shines even
his American Brothers!

Simon Sulaica is a disabled Vietnam veteran from Channahon, Illinios.
Simon served with Suicide Charley, 7th Marines and was shot 4 times on "Operation Indiana", March 28, 1966.
A true warrior, Simon has grown beyond his disabilities and his goal in this life is to help his fellow
former combatants to "really come home" healing their spirits and living in peace.

I.B.O.W.W. Board Director Charlie Jones |
Charlie Jones is a Vietnam veteran and currently an art professor at
Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, Texas. Charlie served in the United States Marines Corps as
2nd Platoon Commander with Suicide Charley and was the mastermind of the successful operation of
"Sugarloaf Hill". His tour of duty was from 1965-1966.
